Comments: Cody was abandoned in 1993 when his family moved away and left him behind; he'd been alone for a week before a neighbor called Animal Control and I found him, looking terribly forlorn, curled up in front of that empty house. He captured my heart, and although I still curse those people who abandoned him and put this little soul through that lonely experience, I am so thankful to have him in my life! He is my sweet little gnome, and everyone who meets him falls in love, too. Can you tell I think he's special?
Breed: Great Dane

Comments: Hercules is my pride and joy! He was diagnosed in July of 99. So far he's doing good. Only real evidence of illness is where his hair didn't grow back. As if his size didn't already draw attention, his tire patches certainly do now. He's stolen the hearts of everyone his met! Developing Addison has just made him that much more special! Hercules illness is teaching us to take one day at a time and every day we have together is a blessing.
