Age Diagnosed w/Addison's: 5 yrs old
Comments: Here is my handsome Jazz, with a nice silvery grey coat again, albeit with unusual black patches! Jazz was born in August, 1995, and is now an only dog after being a companion for our old poodle for a year and a half. Jazz was diagnosed last October, turning me into a total obsessive neurotic Mom! He is on DOCP and prednisone. He lives for his ravine hikes, and to terrorize the squirrels and raccoons on our property. He is a good-looking poodle, originally destined for showing, but luckily came to us instead.

Comments: Reba is 7 yrs old in this photo. Thanks to a terrific vet and quick thinking, I still have my best friend with me. She is the love of my life. A few of her favourite things to do are going for 'car-car' rides to get an ice cream cone and going to visit the retirement/nursing homes and see all those smiling faces. I plan to have her for many many more happy years - She's just a super dog!!

Age Diagnosed w/Addison's: 3 yrs old
Comments: Pablo is a three year old love-bug whippet whom I nearly lost to a crash in January 2001. He is doing well these days although I suspect his dosages are too high because he is losing the hair on his flanks and has a lot of other symptoms described by the group. We'll keep tinkering with it and chasing squirrels in between!
